Introducing Choose Hope!!!

Hello, friends! Welcome to Day 2 of our previews of the SIX new stamp sets being released on Wednesday, August 21st here at The Craft's Meow! Yesterday we previewed two of three of the stamp sets designed by Clare Buswell that are releasing this month, Potted Garden and Cottage Garden. Due to wires crossed, we failed to mention that those two sets are Clare's first stamp illustrations for TCM. We are so excited to have Clare designing stamps for us. You are going to love, love, love her style! The girl is on fire! :)

Today we are thrilled to preview for you the first stamp set designed for TCM by Angelica Suarez, called Choose Hope! This one will fill you with inspiration. Take a look at what our designers have created with this fabulous stamp set...

I love this set! It's so versatile... dress it up, or keep it simple. Either way, it delivers a powerful message.

We have a set of Choose Hope to give away. All you have to do for a chance to win is leave a comment on this post by 8:00 pm Pacific tonight. We'll announce the winner in tomorrow's post. Good luck!

Introducing Potted Garden & Cottage Garden!

Hello, stampers! Welcome to the first day of our August release extravaganza! We're releasing SIX new stamp sets for your paper crafting pleasure on Wednesday, August 21st, and the previews start today! If you're a flower lover, you're going to love today's two sets: Potted Garden and Cottage Garden... both are amazingly versatile! Take a look at what our talented designers have created with them...

Edited to add: These are the first two of the three stamp sets designed by Clare Buswell, to debut here at The Craft's Meow! We had a bit of a mix-up last night when the posts went live. Due to crossed wires, there were two versions of today's post prepared, one with that information and one without. Unfortunately, the one without went live. We are VERY excited about Clare's illustrations... just wait until you see the entire sets. Swoon!

Aren't they lovely? :)

I have a set of each Potted Garden and Cottage Garden to give away as prizes. All you have to do for a chance to win one of these sets is leave a comment on this post by 8:00 pm Pacific tonight. I'll draw the winners and announce them in tomorrow's post. Good luck!

I hope you'll join us tomorrow when we preview our next newest stamp set: Choose Hope. (I think you're going to love it!) See you then!

A Gift From Above

Hey, y'all!  It's Jinny here to share a sweet card, boasting two goodies from the TCM Store.  I'm on a team, in my church, for taking hot, homemade meals to new moms and can never seem to have enough baby cards to send with them.  So, I tapped into one of our newest sets, Vintage Baby; paired it with an oldie but a goodie, Sending You Sunshine; and came up with this pretty, little number.
A little ink sponging and spritzing prep the background for lots of layers of color-coordinating, patterned papers, a few of which were machine-stitched and/or separated with foam tape for dimension, as well as the silver-embossed, on a hand-cut, vellum banner, to permit the view of all those yummy patterns, sentiment...
which was flanked by those cute, hand-cut and colored, with pencils and mineral spirits, images.
Some yummy ribbon and trims and, of course, a sweet button and kiss of glitter make this card ready to be packaged with, just as an example ;), a savory pan of chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, homemade guacamole, tortilla chips, and fruit or lettuce salad.  Mmmm!  I'm making myself hungry.
Thanks so much for peeking in, folks!  Have a creative day!
