Combining sentiments

Hi! Clare here today with a couple of cards to share, focusing on combining sentiments from different stamp sets. I used sentiments from the awesome new Circle It stamp set and Vintage Clocks, the flower stamps are from Happiness Is.

Combining sentiments from different stamp sets allows you to personalize your card a little more and you can create something new using your existing stamp sets. For the flowers which are from Happiness Is I stamped them onto some patterned paper and added some shading using Distress Markers.

I love the sentiments from the new Circle It stamp set, they go well with pretty much everything. When combining stamp sets you can try different colors for each sentiment for a different look.

The sentiments from the new Circle It stamp set really lend themselves well to the fussy cutting technique, pop them on some foam pads and you can really make a feature out of them.

I also did a little fussy cutting using the clocks from Vintage Clocks. I hope you have fun looking for interesting sentiment combinations in your stamp collection! Here are the stamp sets I used on my cards. Thanks for dropping by today! : )

Other supplies used:

Patterned Papers: Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Paper Pad (American Crafts)
Inks: VersaMagic Pink Petunia, Thatched Straw, VersaFine Onyx Black
Distress Markers: Scattered Straw, Mustard Seed, Bundled Sage

Missing You

Hello TCM friends! Jennie here with a card today...
I scored the center using my Scor-Pal and alternating the colors stamped the clock image using Peanut Brittle and Nautical Blue ink. The stamped panel was adhered to a navy cardstock and wrapped with twine tying it with a textured button.
Here is the set I used:
Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful day!

Here for you Anytime

Hello! Clare here with a card for you today using the fabulous Vintage Clocks and Cherished stamp sets.

I love the Vintage Clock set, all those beautiful details. Here I just stamped one of the clocks using VersaFIne Onyx Black and colored with some Distress Markers. The pretty background paper is from Introspection by Prima Marketing.

For the sentiment I combined two elements from both Vintage Clocks and Cherished stamp sets to personalize my card.

Here are the great stamp sets I used to make my card. Have a great day!

Here For You Anytime

Hello TCM friends!

Lindsay popping in today, to share a card with you using the fabulous set, Vintage Clocks.

Starting with a panel, I stamped two of the clocks repeatedly in a bright color combo.  I then stamped my sentiment onto the card base and again on the panel, popping the panel up with foam.  I then added a bit of twine and some enamel dots.

Be sure to check out all of the fun stamps available in the store, and as always there is loads of inspiration here on the blog, and on our Facebook page!  Thanks for stopping by!

Hello friends! As you probably know, we had a bit of a glitch (us and many others) with our August release due to huge problems with our stamp manufacturer. I'm happy to say that the situation is improving, even if not quite "perfect" yet.  Many TCM stamp sets are out of stock while we wait for new supplies. But at least we have our August September release ready to go. Yay!!!

Today we are showcasing Vintage Clocks, a fabulous new stamp set by Nina B Designs!!! Take a look at the cards my amazing design team, stamp illustrator and guest designer have created using images from this set... beautiful!!!

Would you like to win a set of Vintage Clocks for yourself? All you have to do is leave a comment here by 9:00 pm Pacific tonight. One person's name will be randomly drawn and announced in tomorrow's post. Yay!
