Amazing Grace

Hello everyone!  Jennie here today and I have a card to share using the stamp set Beautiful Hymns:

This set is full of quotes from well-known and loved hymns along with some beautiful flourishes to add just the right finishing touch. For my card, I paired the die cut sentiment with some Echo Park patterned paper and ruffle trim from Webster's Pages.

Rejoice in the Lord

Nina here on the blog with a simple card using the brand new Rejoice stamp set. I love that the fonts are big and beautifully combined in this set. The paper is by Pink Paislee. I stamped the sentiment directly on the patterned paper.

The butterflies are from the Fly Free set. A punched small butterfly, adorned with some Want2Scrap pearls, is added to highlight the beautiful sentiment.

Deborah Nolan

Deborah's thrilled to join TCM's design team! She's been making cards for about five years and writes a tongue-in-cheek blog, The Society of Stampaholics (acronym SOS) when she’s not hanging out with Spouse and their daughter Gigi. She's currently a staffer for the online magazine, Scrapbook News & Review and a member of the Memory Box design team. She also teaches local and online card classes in an attempt to subsidize a chronic case of supply-related “I Wants.” Past paper-related thrills include co-owning and editing Lily Pad Cards, being chosen for the Win-a-Day competition on the Hero Arts blog, and being an original Hero Arts Hostess. Deborah’s been published in Cards, Paper Trends, Stamper’s Sampler, Somerset Studio ,  

Take Ten, and Paper Crafts Magazine.

Sweet, Kind, Patient, Loving Mother!

Hey Everybody,

Gayatri here today. I am sharing with a card I made for my mother. She lives very far away in a different country. Although we talk over skype, it is hard not able to give her a hug. So I decided to make a card and sent it to her with a personal note inside. Here is the card I made.

I have used Beautiful Spring Stamp set and Mother and Father stamp set. Love the subtle pink stamping of the flower and overlaping sentiment with black. Pink is her  favourite colour and she loves flowers. I have paired it with black and white polka dots and black rhinestones for contrasting details. I think she is going to love the surprise card and probably tears as well. I have blogged the card before it can reach her because I know she does not read this blog. I am safe:)

Hello friends, Jennifer here to reveal The Craft's Meow Sketch Challenge sketch for March - a beauty designed by our very own Nina Brackett!  I just love all of the wonderful detail in this sketch and can't wait to see what you all create with it!!  Before I get too much further, I did want to mention a change to the rules of our challenge - beginning this month, your card must feature stamps by The Craft's Meow in order to play along.  We agonized over making this change, but feel it is only fair to our loyal customers. There are plenty of TCM stamp sets out there now, and we love to see them in use!
