New Release Blog Hop and Facebook Winners!!!

Hi all! I'm popping in to announce the winners of all FOUR stamp sets released by The Craft's Meow on July 1st... one from all comments left on the Blog Hop post and one from all our Facebook friends (in honor of reaching the milestone of 400, which we have since well surpassed -- hurray!!!)!

And they are:

Amy Kolling

(from blog hop comments)

Michelle Saugstad Gross

(from Facebook)

Congratulations ladies! Please email me at thecraftsmeow@gmail.com with your mailing address and I'll send your prize right out to you!

Thank you all for hopping with us and leaving such kind comments... and for being our friend on Facebook! Don't forget to pull out your TCM stamps and play in our sketch challenge for a chance to win a stamp set of choice!

Back soon with more!

Discount Code

I sincerely apologize, but I misunderstood my own store settings; i.e., how they work for discount codes. I scheduled the discount to end July 5th, thinking that would mean tonight at midnight. Not so! Apparently, it expired at midnight last night. Sheesh! So I've created a new discount code: JulyMews2... and extended the period it can be used by one more day... through tomorrow. And I'm pretty darn sure I've got it right now. ;) So sorry for the inconvenience! Thank you all for your patronage!

July Card Sketch Challenge!

As mentioned in yesterday's July New Release Reveal and Blog Hop post and in our "mewsletter," we are starting a new monthly card sketch challenge right here at The Craft's Meow! The prize up for grabs is a TCM stamp set of your choice, which will be awarded by random draw to one lucky player. All we ask is that you use The Craft's Meow stamps as the main focus of your card and, of course, that we can see the sketch in your creation. Please provide a direct link to your card. You don't have to have a blog to play... as long as you can upload your card to the internet (such as a photo gallery like Flickr) where it can be linked below, you're good to go!

If you do link to a blog, we'd be much obliged if you'd link back to this post and refer to The Craft's Meow Monthly Card Sketch Challenge.

To get you started, here is some yummy inspiration from a few of our design team ladies:

Amy Tsuruta

Jessica Fick

Kim Yu

Lynn Miller

Nadia Cannizzo

The contest ends Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00 pm Pacific. We can't wait to see what you create!

Oops!

You know what they say about the best laid plans. The idea was for the link list on the store blog to be perfect! But, alas, Sarah Martina Parker's blog link was broken. :( I've fixed it now, and I hope all of you who hopped earlier will go back and see what she created. All I can say is YOWSER!!!

And thank you all, so very much, for your kind comments and good wishes! I'm humbled and overwhelmed! I agree... I have the most amazing design team. On behalf of all of us, thank you!!!

Now, back to packing up orders!!!

We'll run the competition until 10:00 pm Pacific on Tuesday, July 5th, and the winner will be announced here on the blog the next day.

Before we get to the hop, I want to let you know about something exciting we're starting tomorrow... a monthly sketch challenge! Yep, our own Nadia Cannizzo has come up with a wonderful sketch for us all to play with, and it will be posted here on the blog tomorrow with the "blue froggy" for links. You'll have until 10:00 pm Pacific on Saturday, July 30th to play for a chance to win a TCM stamp set of choice! The prize will be randomly awarded, so everyone has an equal chance to win. All we ask is that you use The Craft's Meow stamps. We can't wait to see what you create!!!

More good news! All card kits are on sale beginning today for 15% off! The prices in the store have been adjusted accordingly, so no need for a discount code. However, those of you who receive our newsletter will get a coupon code that will apply to your entire order, including sale prices, so you can save even more! Have you signed up yet?

We also have some new crafting goodies available, which you'll find on the Home page and under New Items on the sidebar menu of the store!
